Torn Lace Productions is proud to announce the TOOBLUE RHYTHM AND BLUES FESTIVAL. This outdoor event will be held in Dallas, Texas on March 24 - 26. The site for the festival is the Annette Strauss Artist Square in downtown Dallas.

The founder of the festival envisioned this event as one that reminds the world of the rich heritage of blues music and it's incredibly gifted group of artists. We hope that those of you that love this music will enjoy seeing some of your favorite artists in one place, at the same time.
